We store the text prompts, persona descriptions, and narrative scripts you provide, as well as the AI-generated images and videos associated with your account in Google Cloud / Firebase Storage.
Billing Data
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Gemfluencer does not store your credit card details. Stripe provides us with transaction confirmation and metadata (e.g., package purchased, user ID).
Technical Data
We collect IP addresses, browser types, and device information for security monitoring and platform optimization purposes.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Gemfluencer platform.
- Process your Gem transactions and manage your balance.
- Improve and personalize the AI generation experience.

4. Data Storage and Retention
Your data is stored securely on Google Cloud Platform (Firebase) servers located primarily in the United States. We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Service.

Manual Account Deletion
To permanently delete your account and all associated data (including AI-generated images and persona bibles), please contact our support team at support@gemfluencer.io.

We implement industry-standard security measures provided by Firebase and Google Cloud to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
